Hideki Yamada, a partner of m2ac, worked previously as a manager at a Big 4 firm in Hong Kong. He provided tax and accounting support for securitization as well as support for Hong Kong subsidiaries of Japanese enterprises. After that Mr. Yamada was also a manager at a French accounting firm based in Tokyo. In that capacity he provided company setup, bookkeeping, tax compliance, tax consulting, and audit support for Japanese subsidiaries of French and American enterprises, as well as support for Japanese subsidiaries of overseas enterprises.
